From there, we make any necessary adjustments until we’re fully aligned and agree on the final deliverables.

The procurement process involves sourcing, ordering, and coordinating all furnishings, fixtures, and materials to ensure seamless delivery and installation, while managing timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.

The installation process is the final step where we bring the design to life, managing deliveries, placement, styling, and all the finishing touches to create a cohesive space.
